Welcome to Mi Diseño. By using our website, requesting a quote, contacting us, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1). About Mi Diseño

Mi Diseño provides services related to printing, vehicle wraps, website design, custom branding, and related creative solutions.

2). Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer.
Prices may change if project details change, including size, quantity, materials, design complexity, turnaround time, installation needs, delivery location, or additional requests.
A quote is not final until confirmed by Mi Diseño.

3). Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project details, contact information, artwork, logos, files, sizes, quantities, and deadlines. Delays in providing information, approvals, files, or payments may delay the project.

4). Artwork, Logos, and Files

Customers are responsible for making sure they have the legal right to use any logos, images, artwork, names, trademarks, or content they provide.

Mi Diseño is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or ownership issues related to customer-provided materials.

If artwork or files are low quality, we may recommend changes or request better files. Final quality made depend on the quality of the files provided.

5). Design Proofs and Approvals

For projects that require design approval, customers must carefully review all proofs before approving.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, grammar, names, phone numbers, addresses, colors, sizes, layout, and all project details. Once a design proof is approved, Mi Diseño is not responsible for errors that were visible in the approved
proof.

6). Payments and Deposits

Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.
Final payment may be required before printing, production, installation, delivery, launch, or release of final files.

Payments are non-refundable once work, design, production, printing, ordering, installation preparation, or
website development has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7). Printing and Production

Printed colors may look slightly different from colors shown on phones, computers, or digital previews.

Small differences in color, size, material, placement, or finish may occur during printing, production, or installation.

Turnaround times are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

8). Vehicle Wraps and Installation

Vehicle wrap timing and results may depend on vehicle condition, paint condition, surface preparation, weather, material availability, and installation schedule.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and making sure the vehicle is clean and available at the scheduled time.

Mi Diseño is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, rust, dents, peeling paint, previous wrap residue, or surface issues that affect installation or removal.

9). Website Design Services

Website design services may include layout design, page setup, content placement, basic SEO setup, contact forms, and other agreed services.

Customers are responsible for providing website content, images, logos, login access, hosting information, domain information, and approvals when needed.

Mi Diseño is not responsible for delays caused by missing content, third-party hosting issues, domain issues, plugins, outside services, or customer changes.

Website maintenance, updates, hosting, domains, emails, security, backups, or future edits may require a separate agreement or monthly service.

10). Revisions and Changes

Revisions may be included only if stated in the quote or agreement.
Additional revisions, major changes, new design directions, extra pages, new products, new files, or added
services may cost extra.

11). Cancellations

If a customer cancels a project after work has started, the customer may still be responsible for design time, preparation time, materials, ordering costs, production costs, or any completed work.

Custom orders, printed items, installed products, and completed design work may not be refundable.

12). Delivery and Pickup

Delivery, shipping, or pickup options may vary by project.
Mi Diseño is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, missed appointments, or circumstances outside our control.

13). Customer Use of Final Products

Customers are responsible for how they use printed materials, wraps, websites, designs, and branding materials after delivery or launch.

Customers must follow all applicable laws, rules, permits, vehicle regulations, advertising rules, and business requirements.

14). Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to damage it, interfere with its operation, upload harmful files, submit false information, or use the website for illegal purposes.

15). No Guarantee of Results

Mi Diseño works to provide professional design and service. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, leads, rankings, income, or customer growth.

16). Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Mi Diseño is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, delays, or third-party issues.

17). Third-Party Services

Some services may involve third-party platforms, vendors, software, payment processors, hosting companies, domain providers, delivery providers, or production services.
Mi Diseño is not responsible for outages, delays, policy changes, pricing changes, errors, or service issues caused by third parties.

18). Changes to These Terms

Mi Diseño may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
